Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of the Medical Revenue Experts (MRX) public website.
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Agreement to these Terms
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by Medical Revenue Experts, LLC (“MRX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as MRX.

What this website is for
This website provides information about MRX services—including medical billing and RCM, credentialing, licensing support, virtual practice support, and related offerings—and lets business contacts send enquiries, request a Complimentary RCM Review or Practice Assessment conversation, or use the on-site support widget.
Content on the site is for general business information. It is not medical advice, legal advice, billing advice specific to your claims, or a guarantee of results for any practice.
Website content is not a service contract
Descriptions of services, workflows, pricing approach, coverage maps, specialties, EHR lists, metrics, and network relationships are informational. They do not by themselves create a client engagement, price quote, SLA, partnership, or certification.
Any engagement for MRX professional services is governed by a separate agreement between MRX and the client—not solely by browsing this website or submitting a form.
Enquiries, forms, and the support widget
When you submit a form or Business Relations lead, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. You agree not to submit patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, clinical details, or other patient-identifying information through these public tools.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a call, meeting, response, or acceptance as a client. Follow-up depends on capacity and fit.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to harm, disrupt, or overload MRX systems
- Attempt to probe, scrape at abusive volumes, or bypass security controls
- Submit unlawful, deceptive, or malicious content
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the forms or support tools to collect or transmit PHI or other sensitive patient data
- Use the site in violation of applicable law
MRX may suspend access to interactive features if misuse is suspected.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding, layout, and other materials are owned by MRX or used under license. You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary business reference. You may not copy substantial portions of the site for competing commercial use without prior written permission from MRX.
Third-party sites and tools
The site may link to third-party destinations (for example, a maps search for our address, or MRX One careers information when linked). Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. MRX is not responsible for their content or practices.
Names of associated network businesses that appear as plain text on the site are for context and are not invitations to contract with those businesses through this website.
Disclaimer
The website and its interactive tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MRX disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the website itself. MRX does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Performance figures, process descriptions, and similar statements on the site are not guarantees that any specific practice will achieve the same outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MRX and its people will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of (or inability to use) this website or its forms and support tools.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy
How the website handles information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
MRX may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
